West Dorset District Honeymoon Vacations

Room was very comfortable, but there are a few items that must be addressed. Specifically, there was no towel rack/holder at the sink, where obviously you are washing your hands, face, etc. and a towel at hand is necessary. Also, there is no towel rack at the shower area. There is a towel warmer, but that is often being used for another towel. In the shower, the floor is a bit slippery and there is NO grab bar within the shower. They are easily affixed (I’ve done it) and would greatly improve safety in the shower. Thanks.

Lovely plant decorations around the hotel, which create a very nice atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the handling of my security deposit. A holding charge was placed on my account on 25 September, but it was not released until 25 October — only after I called to query it. The advisor I spoke to wasn’t able to explain why the charge had not been automatically reversed. If I hadn’t checked my account, I wouldn’t have known that the security deposit was still being held.

Great staff, great location

The hotel is very pretty. Rooms are super spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was the best, just awesome overall

The hotel was perfect Just we had an inconvenience with the elevators because doesn’t work for a period about 30 minutes

Great staff who went extra mile in each interaction and very tasty breakfast offerings, with very nice Peruvian restaurant attached.

Great staff, great location

Was a good hotel overall and was in walking distance of west end covert garden and theatre district. Only issue we had was we were given a disabled room when we don't have any disability was unable to change and we were not any reason why were given this room. Being so close has it's drawbacks as it was very noisy outside our room being on a busy main street. Everything we wanted to see and visit was with walking distance so in that sense we were not really bothered as we only stayed for one night
