Staff was friendly and helpful. Got to check in a little bit earlier than my check in time which was a nice surprise. Bedroom and bathroom were both clean. Liked that there was no carpeting. A/C was working nicely. Location was close to Hyde Park, walking distance to restaurants and train stations. Overall very happy with hotel and would recommend to others.

Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!

Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.
