“Very pleasant and comfortable. Spacious rooms in a large old stone-walled mansion very near the centre of Swanage and not far from the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Large garden and ample parking.”

“Warm welcome by the host, explained everything you need to know. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and tidy, even had a fan which was welcome as the nights where in the 20s. Breakfast was gorgeous, cereals,full english or if you asked for anything similar they'd do it, the coffee was lovely, they also catered for the continental visitors. Spacious car park and a nice ten minute walk to the seaside. Overall i would recommend The George and would certainly visit again. ”
