“Had a great one night stay in a small double room. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Room was not a bad size for a small double, bed was comfortable. En-suite was compact, water pressure not great for the shower. Nice sized wardrobe with hangers and shelves. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Penny our host could not do enough for us. It was bed and breakfast and ‘WOW’ what a breakfast, so much choice and very filling. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, your room was cleaned as soon as you left. Nothing was to much trouble for Penny and she always had a smile on her face. Just for your information, anyone thinking of booking, you have to negotiate stairs, to get to all but one of the bedrooms.”

“We stayed here for a weekend, and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly newly furnished and very clean. We travelled with our dog, so although he was not allowed in the room (he slept in our car), it helped that the rest of the hotel was very dog friendly. “Good stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the linen nice. However the room was compact and the limited storage was full of blankets and pillows. There was a portable suitcase stand but literally no where to put it. The biggest problem was being woken on the first morning by noise in the car park and the second morning by the noice from the shower in the next room, it was extremely loud. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. ”
