Incredibly generous hosts.”

A refund of the cost was offered but I said thank you but refused as it was the principle of the matter as we were there for two nights and this was the first day. “We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The staff were all fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. “Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view .
