โThe Castle Inn is a lovely traditional,thatched roof inn a 20min walk from Lulworth. The staff were really lovely,each of them friendly and clearly all work hard and look after their guests well..The pub is furnished to a high standard and the room was so cosy and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was good and they have a wide menu for lunch and dinner. The dinner we ate there could have been better,but it wasn't bad..Would definitely stay again.โ

โLovely welcome from reception and easy to check in, parking was ok and understandable that there is only so much they can do to accommodate this with the land around the hotel, so it works once you get the concept. Amazing location right opposite the sea, we were lucky enough to have the sea view room to the front of the hotel too! Plenty of choice at breakfast with very well cooked choice and other items. Good well stocked bar too. Rooms are very clean with no concerns at all about the sheets...
โWas in town to go to the Tank Museum. Lovely property that was a 5 minute drive to the museum. There was an attached restaurant that was very reasonably priced and a nice continental breakfast that came with the room rate. The rooms were clean and functional. The doors were charming and opened with an old school key. For better or worse, the doors were also older wooden doors and not terribly good at keeping the outside noise out. โ
โThe accommodation is lovely, but incredibly difficult to get hold of any of the staff. I was left on hold for an hour until I could speak to somebody about checking in as they had not sent the check-in details.
I lost a pair of trousers at this property. They emailed me to say they had found them and Iโd need to send them ยฃ30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me ยฃ20 as a gesture of goodwill since...
