I chose the Frampton Arms for location, style, and parking. All of those needs were met well. Evening dinning was good, food and service very agreeable. Breakfast was disappointing, since I interpreted "Breakfast Included" to mean English Breakfast. Instead, I had to make my own toast; hardly breakfast included.
I booked two rooms, and one of them was fine. The other had the room door directly onto the courtyard of the bar, which was very disruptive during the day, and in the evening. For my stay, the noise did die down quickly after 10pm, but I prefer peace before that, and I imagine some nights the disturbance carries on later. For some it might be fine, but guests should be warned, and offered a more peaceful room if requested.
