Our stay had a few positives, but several issues left us genuinely frustrated. The room size was good, but the fact that the temperature can’t be individually controlled is inconvenient and frankly surprising for a hotel of this level. It’s not something that ruined the stay, but it absolutely affected our comfort. The lounge experience was the most disappointing. On our first visit, the table lamp at our seating area didn’t work, which made the space feel poorly maintained. On our second visit, we picked up a complimentary non-alcoholic drink to take back to our room. The bartender stopped us and insisted we return it due to lounge rules. Fine—rules are rules, and we respected that. What was not fine was what happened moments later. As we got into the elevator, two other guests walked in with the exact same drinks in hand—drinks they were clearly allowed to take without any issue. Whether it was because they knew the staff or simply because they were treated differently for another reason, the inconsistency was hard to overlook. Being held to a rule that others are free to ignore feels unfair and leaves a bad taste, far more so than the rule itself. Overall, while the hotel has some good qualities, the uneven service and lack of attention to detail genuinely undermined our experience. For the price point, I expected much better.

My husband and I stayed here for a total of 12 nights. Overall our stay was okay. The staff was friendly and welcoming however when we inquired about something, we were told they would get back to us ASAP, but we never heard back from them. We also stayed in two different rooms since we left for two nights to stay at an onsen hotel before returning (same room type) but one seems to be in way worse condition than the other (scratches and scuff marks everywhere, toilet was not auto flushing, and the shower head was malfunctioning). So I guess it’s luck of the draw. Honestly, I expected better from a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately I would not be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. There are probably better options closer to Sapporo station.

Staff service was excellent. Forgot to get the name of the 2 young girls who were manning the baggage storage - extremely helpful and friendly service. Level 1 reception counter was efficient and helpful as well Makes up for the age of the hotel. Hotel walls are so thin I can even hear another room drawing their curtains. Location for airport limousine bus stop is good. A bit farther than other hotels in the Central Area if you do a lot of shopping and need to put stuff mid day

The room that we booked was not good. The beds and futons in the convention room didn't have enough chairs or space. we disapointed.

Everything was lovely except the room was super warm with no ventilation as unable to open room windows.

Second time in this hotel and is getting better and better

Stayed in the western style room with open air hot tub. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The room came with a massage chair which we enjoyed. The hot tub was on the small side but was able to accommodate two adults, and the temperature was perfect! The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were both excellent. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer
