The tub is so high up that I thought about slipping and the tub was so dirty that I showered instead. Sink was draining so slow. Step on trash cans are so nasty and it moves so far to the back of the toilet. The toilet paper is so far behind you too instead of being next to us. Pool closes at 9 pm, wish it was longer and it is a rooftop pool so it is cold in the morning and night. Wish it was a heated pool to actually use the night hours.

The property had old world charm and was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps.

The big spread of breakfast buffet is superb and caters to all. Any time we come to bali this hotel will only be our choice for yhe stay. Its close to beach and the malls plus so many options of restaurants to enjoy your cocktails and massages. Kerp it up guys

Absolutely the perfect stay when in HCMC. The pool was small but great and the staff, especially Sophie were great.
