The location of the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside was good as it was close to the lake but also close to many shops and eating spots.
Even more important, the staff at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside were terrific. Grace the sales manager, and Anna at the front desk were both very helpful and gracious. The daily breakfast was very good, offering such a good variety of options with lots of vegetarian options was great. And their staff, especially Hueng, was terrific. We had a really nice stay at the hotel and would return again.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Late check out was not ridiculous prices either. Great location, quiet at night can’t really hear the city which was a problem at the last hotel I stayed in the old quarter
