The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!

I had such an amazing stay at the Splendid Secret Hotel! Everything was top-notch.
• Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat.
• Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day.
• Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me.
• Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable.
Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.
