Our experience at this hotel was amazing. First time to Vietnam and booked different Hotel nearby but after one night we moved to The Oriental Jade Hotel and that experience was awesome. The staff was very attentive and Bar had great view of Old Quarter from rooftop. I will be returning next time in Vietnam.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our short stay at this wonderful hotel. The property is immaculate, as was our room, which was also quiet and comfortable. But what sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. From the moment I stepped out of the airport and found my shuttle driver, every single employee was welcoming and helpful. Each staff member greeted me — by NAME — during our stay. It was disarming at first, but it soon made the stay feel very personalized. We also had a flight cancellation, so as soon as I arrived, I was able to add another night to our reservation, along with additional airport transfers for a very short trip to Hue and back. Finally, the breakfast included in our stay was incredible — from a beautiful view of the city from the rooftop location, to the wide variety of delicious food — it was the perfect way to start the day.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location is the best among all hostels - located between the old quarter and train street, next to grocery store, and still in a relatively quieter part of town for good sleep. Front desk was so friendly, able to accommodate a small mistake in our booking. Breakfast was delicious and able to accommodate my allergies too (the chef himself came out to check on me). Comfortable and clean room and bed. The gym is on the small side, but in a city like Hanoi, what more can you ask for?
