The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was a lovely way to start the day. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always willing to help and took the time to welcome us, guide us, and offer useful advice as first-time visitors to the area. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again."

"Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!"
