"Our first stop was Ha Noi, Vietnam and stayed at this amazing hotel. The staff was amazing, starting from Viper(bellman) to the bartenders on the rooftop. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Especially the fresh juices. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Hotel Du Luc Signature for a great start to our Vietnam adventures."

"Breakfast is not at the hotel. You will need to walk to another hotel to eat. The food is OK - pretty the same every day. We did not get the room type we booked because it was not available when we arrived (disappointed). We complained they later changed us a new room, but it was not quite the same type we booked. Another thing is the room in actual is only about 70% of what it looks like on Expedia! This should only be a 3-star hotel. The STAFF are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The LOCATION is excellent, close to restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, street food and shopping."
