"The breakfast was good, had enough to eat. Room was clean. Air conditioner blew cold. Only complants are bed mattress was uncomfortable and my cell phone was hacked along with my friends only at this hotel and we have traveled 3 weeks in another country no problems"

"The hotel is in a busy, tourist city center but on a less busy street, so it's great on that one. The breakfast is great, with a sufficient variety of foods. The staff is excellent, all of them, but Jimmy and Jennie were special to me. They are very welcoming and smiling and provide useful information even before you ask. That includes information on what to do, where to eat, great local dishes, and where to find them. The staff really make the hotel excellent. I extended my stay by two nights."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!"

"The room is clean everyday and staff were considerate as to when it will be done. The staff were all attentive, polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as it covers Asian and Western food especially that you can request for other food such as pho, scrambled or sunny side up eggs. The air conditioning is great especially when you’re out for a trip. My sister and I tried their massage spa and it’s very good as well. The airport shuttle is also very good. Overall, amazing experience. "
