He helped us in so many ways, turned detective and located a shop we couldn’t find from a very dodgy photo, sought out ice when my husband badly twisted his ankle, recommended and made reservations in restaurants, managed to change our room to the street side of the hotel when it turned out our cathedral view room meant we heard the bells ringing out at 5 a.m every day, Da is clearly keen to be as helpful as possible and make your stay enjoyable. "
