The room was ok. It is a dated location and inside a small street. Taxi won’t be able to go in and no elevator inside the property. The staff was friendly.
Is in the Old Quarter and less than 1/2 block away you're in the middle of it all, restaurants, coffee shops, street vendors etc. This hotel is tucked into a small street and is quiet! Rooms were decent sized, beds comfortable, and staff helpful.

Not at all like the pics, it's an older building. The " manager " told us there had been issues at their other location so the lobby was a bit chaotic lol. Great location I'll be it very rustic
Everything was great at the Hanoi Elpis. A nice big room, a very comfortable bed and a great balcony to sit and have coffee, before embarking upon the chaotic streets of the old quarter. I loved it!! The staff are ultra friendly especially Linh and will offer any advice you might need. If I do go back to Hanoi, I will definitely consider staying here again.
Very friendly staff, always kind and helpful. Kindly offered a free upgrade on our room. Spacious room with connected bathroom.

the location is near to old quarter, good to visit the hanoi local train street. however the property is in old quarter there is no lift, but the hotel guy can help you to carry your lugage into your room. Decent stay with value for money.
you will get hot water 24*7, water bottel, fresh towel, lundary service is available with reasonable cost, ATM is near to bulding, pick up drop availble near to hotel.
Friendly staff, clean room, central location in old quarter. Got upgrade from staff to the top floor which had a nice view (but be prepared as there is no elevator)!

Clean room, great staff. Lovely 5h floor balcony view. Quiet air conditioner.
Great spot for exploring Old Quarter. Nice rooms and helpful front desk staff. Be sure to try the small 'mom pop' restaurants in the area, there are some gems!
Massive Construction going on directly in front of property which is in an alley and front desk is filled with furniture from another hotel.
My restroom had mold and mildew and the humidity was intolerable every time you go in room
Room didn’t have a single window whatsoever and walls and furniture are very worned down.
Severe drainage issues in front of entry door floods with sewage water if and when it rains.
you have to go out a door to a balcony to use restroom
On a good note the front desk clerk speaks really good English and is very helpful and the lady that cleans is super sweet and helpful as well! Over all I would not recommend this hotel unless upgrades or improvements are made (what’s confusing is not a single picture on hotels.com matches the actual current condition of hotel)
Location was great in the old quarter, the manager was very helpful for any questions and services, bed was comfortable, spacious room and good bathroom.
The owner was very friendly. It reminded of Midwest hospitality and the rooms were basic but clean! I really appreciated how the owner was always asking if anything was needed etc. Felt very welcoming and the location was especially for tours.
The hotel was easy to find despite being down a lane. It is a small family run hotel and the owner is lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a large room with two very comfortable double beds and enclosed balcony which was great given it rained the entire time. Clean towels and beds made daily and plenty of bottled water. Great location easily walk to everything. It is run down in places but that’s to be expected for the very good price. There is no lift and stairs are narrow but easy to get up and down and the owner so kindly helped with our very heavy luggage. We would happily stay again when we are in Hanoi again.
Very convenient. Close to bus stations, however, street not big enough to allow car/taxi for pickup. Plenty of dining options and not too crowd. Hotel also has SIM cards for sale and many tours to select from. Will book again next time visiting Ha Noi.
