"A+ location on the edge of the Quarter. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Bathroom could use a re-make and deep clean; but the bed, linens & pillows were maybe the best of our 2months in Vietnam. Solid value "

"Wonderful staff was so welcoming for our 1 night stay in Hanoi. We were greeted with tea and banana cake! Cocktails and fresh spring rolls at the rooftop bar helped us get settled in. For this price range, the hotel is what you would expect. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. 😀 Great area of the old town!!"
