A pesar de estar en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación era tranquila y la cama tamaño king era muy cómoda. Es un hotel pequeño, pero recibimos un servicio excelente, desde el registro de entrada y salida hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y se anticipó a nuestras necesidades, ofreciéndonos servicios especiales según nuestras preferencias alimentarias y planes de viaje y actividades. "It’s hard to fault this place. This hotel has one of the best locations in Hanoi: directly facing the lake, plus the best of both worlds between the Old Town and the French Quarter. On arrival, you are met with a very warm welcome. No queueing up at a reception desk here. The staff come to meet you. I didn’t see the other rooms, but the junior suite was excellent. Elegant decor, large comfortable bed, and a small balcony with a view of trees and the lake. No walk-in shower though; my room had a deep bathtub. Breakfast is served on the top floor restaurant, with a good array of buffet choices as well as food cooked to order. There’s a panoramic view of the city too. Finally, if you want to end your day with a cocktail, there’s a small but attractive roof terrace bar. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Just book it. "
