The rooms were clean and very very quite considering the neighbourhood. It's a great location and most importantly, the staff were excellent. Bob went above and beyond to help us out with additional bookings and we really appreciated his hospitality. Everyone was wonderful. We loved the facility. It was super clean and nice - beds were comfortable. Team was super friendly - Phoebe and Happy made sure we were well accommodated and were smiling offering help always. When I come back to Hanoi, I will stay here.
