"Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience."

"従業員によりサービスに大きな差がある。二日後に戻って来るのでそれまでスーツケース一個を預かってほしいと伝えた。前日の従業員は了解したが、当日の従業員はダメだと言われた。前日のことを伝えた結果、憮然とした態度でしぶしぶ預かってくれた。バッゲージタグを要求したが、出せないし、信用できないなら荷物 を持って行けと言われた。"
