We loved staying here. It was a bustling area and everything we needed was in walking distance. We ended up booking tow extra nights. We also booked tours with Chan at the front desk. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She elevated our stay and our trip.

Well located in the Old Quarter with walking, cyclorickshaw, or Grab car to Hoan Kiem lake, 25 minutes from airport. Tasty and adequate breakfast choices. Comfortable king bed in deluxe room with balcony on seventh floor. Staff is sweet and sincere to help.

The room was very large, clean, and the furniture was nice, including a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent - all the big sights are within walking distance. But what made the stay special was the staff at the front desk. They were always friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. We would be very happy to stay there again.
