The only thing not so good is the walls are thin and can hear the neighbours talking on the phone and children crying. There was also noise from the water pipes when guest from other rooms are taking showers or flushing toilets. "

We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. "This is my 2nd night at this hotel after a trip to the NorthWest of Vietnam. I was upgraded to a nice room with a large balcony. Large bed, firm mattress, small fridge, clean, nice, and well designed bathroom, good WiFi, tv (I can't use it to watch YouTube though), elevator free storage of luggage when I was traveling to the NortWest that I appreciate very much, free breakfast with basic food and drink. The staff even offered to let my room key inside to keep the room cool when I was out as the outside is pretty hot and humid. The only downside is that the electrical oitlers are hidden by the furniture. "

The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade for our girls so they could be on the same floor as us --- very nice! Our Royal suite was extremely spacious, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, included breakfast was excellent. Perfect location, too, just a couple blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, the water puppet theater, and the heart of the Old Quarter.
