Staff is impeccable - English speaking, polite and attentive. The gym and spa area are some of the best I've seen in any of my extensive travels. Front-facing balcony was big enough for a haircut, and offered a great view of the street life below, including the famous Hanoi motorbike dance. Bathroom could use a re-make and deep clean; but the bed, linens & pillows were maybe the best of our 2months in Vietnam. Solid value "
