The room was solid, the breakfast delicious, but most of all Angela made my stay so lovely and was so accommodating no matter what my needs were. You can’t find service like this in many hotels, and the location is STELLAR. You will find yourself blown away by how convenient most things in the Old Quarter will be staying here.

This is a small hotel of only 13 rooms. Our hotel room though a superior room was old and tired. The hotel though is well located for old town Hanoi. Breakfast was in a different hotel around the corner but had a good choice of food. The staff, particularly Ms Angela (whose English is impeccable), were great.

Breakfast was around the corner in their sister hotel, staff were a little slow, had to ask for a coffee cup, the milk had ran out and took several minutes for them to top up even though the dining room is about the size of a standard living room in someone’s house and the kitchen just off it! Hotel in a great location tho so we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

This is a very friendly and helpful local hotel. The room is clean and you have everything you need. The location is good, you can walk everywhere you need to go in the Old Quarter and beyond. Breakfast is located at another hotel just down the street. If you want a local experience and not the corporate western hotels then choose the Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was very central to the old quarter, only being a few minutes walk to most attractions. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing too!
