This hotel is clean and the staff could not do more to help. The breakfast here is a huge stand out with an A la carte menu which has rivalled some top brunch spots I've visited. The rooftop splash pool is a nice touch in a hot city like Hanoi.

My first time staying in Hanoi and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located, walking distance to the main attractions and featured modern and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — would definitely recommend.

It was a Great Hotel. The room walls are a bit thin, Quite Noisy when people or housekeeper working/talking outside the room. The lobby is very cold not cozy, even the front desk staffs were trembling with chill, Other than that it's a great stay we had. Thank you for taking care of us.

The concierge named Dac was incredible! He went above and beyond to help me so many times. I left an item behind and he even posted it to another city/hotel for me. He also sat down with me and gave me so much of his time to offer the best tips and advice about Hanoi. I highly recommend La Siesta and Dac was the best concierge ive ever had and ive travelled far and wide. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
