"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!"

The restaurants were excellent, offering great food and a lovely atmosphere, and the à la carte breakfast was a real highlight each morning. "I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Firstly, everyone who works here is very friendly, approachable and eager to help in anyway. When I arrived the gentlemen at the door ran down to secure my suitcase. They also open the door for you everytime you enter or leave the hotel which is extremely nice of them. The check-in is pleasant. You are given a welcoming drink, a wet towel to clean your hands and a pastry to refresh. They escort you to your room and guide you through what is there. The breakfast was great and you can also order for something else on the menu. The day I left, they gave me a box so I can take away some food to eat at the airport. The location was perfect. It was a 1 min walk from Ho kiem lake and seconds from Old Quarter. If you do take a Halong bay or Ninh Binh tour, your pickup point is 2 mins walk away. I would definitely stay here again because of the customer service they provide. "

"We had an amazing stay with Hanoi indochine Premium rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, and the breakfast was a nice finishing touch with a view into the neighbourhood. Although the hotel is right in the old town, there was no noise inside the rooms. Hopefully we can come back soon! "
