"Would never book this hotel again. Those with mobility issues would have problems, even with the elevator. It doesn’t stop at floor level. You always have to go up a flight or down a flight of stairs to get to your room. Very noisy - street noise and within the building. Our room did not even face the street and that night’s sleep was the worst of our two week trip."

"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"Frankly speaking this is a budget friendly hotel. Central to city so great for solo travelers on a budget. If you plan on spending any time in the room they are quite cramp. I was with one friend and it was too much. Staff are amazing and helpful but if you can splurge a bit I would. "
