"Incredible service and experience! Rose and her team went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. This was our first time in Hanoi, and will stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature again. The breakfast had an amazing selection and great views of the city. If you have time, book the onsen experience! It was also an easy pick up spot if you plan to do day trips (Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay)."
