Very nice small property near everything in the old quarter. The area is somewhat noisy and crowded but the property is kind of tucked away from the busiest parts. The best part is the caring, attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. Staff go above and beyond for you. Very impressed with the service, the staff give tips on places to go & things to do, they remembered our names and previous conversations and really tried to make the stay memorable. They even decorated the room for my partners birthday. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice hotel located in a great spot in Hanoi just off the lake and on a really quiet street. Staff were amazing and catered to our every need. Rooms were fantastic, I couldn’t fault them! Hanoi is a really busy and traffic filled city so finding a nice place where we could chill and get a quiet nights sleep was so welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the L’Signature hotel this past week while visiting Hanoi. Our room was clean, comfortable and very nice amenities. The location near the lake allowed us to walk to many of the sights around the Old Quarter making our stay more enjoyable! We also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and most helpful when we were planning our trip to Ha Long Bay. Our flight home was late at night and they allowed us to store our luggage for the day and also access the spa to freshen up after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!!
