"Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. Towels were great. Rooftop pool was refreshing, as were the drinks in the rooftop lounge. Breakfast was plentiful with western and Asian foods, and amazing fruit and fresh watermelon and orange juices. All staff were friendly and attentive and clearly focussed on making the stay as enjoyable as possible. Will stay here again next time in Hanoi. Location cannot be beat."

"A lovely clean room, and a hotel with great amenities. Wonderful, friendly staff who can't do enough for you. This hotel is an absolute gem! Highly recommend a massage at the spa, which was incredible. The rooftop bar is good too! My only small point would be that the bathroom was looking a bit tired compared to everything else in this hotel. Otherwise, it was perfect."
