"It was an amazing stay at the Anatole Hotel Hanoi! I had some reservation issues that I made on my end but the staff were reallly helpful and accommodating to get me the upgrade, extend my stay and have an extra bed. The breakfast is phenomenal, you do not want to miss. I wish I could give this place 20/10! I initially booked this for the really nice lobby and because of Anatole (can I clean here) YouTuber but I am glad I did!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Firstly, everyone who works here is very friendly, approachable and eager to help in anyway. When I arrived the gentlemen at the door ran down to secure my suitcase. They also open the door for you everytime you enter or leave the hotel which is extremely nice of them. The check-in is pleasant. You are given a welcoming drink, a wet towel to clean your hands and a pastry to refresh. They escort you to your room and guide you through what is there. The breakfast was great and you can also order for something else on the menu. The day I left, they gave me a box so I can take away some food to eat at the airport. The location was perfect. It was a 1 min walk from Ho kiem lake and seconds from Old Quarter. If you do take a Halong bay or Ninh Binh tour, your pickup point is 2 mins walk away. I would definitely stay here again because of the customer service they provide. "

"Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Nicely located with loads of street food and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff members are very attentive and trying hard to make your stay the most enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a mixed of western and Asian food. Great rooftop bar to relax for a drink in the evening. The one thing could be no swimming pool or gym, noting that the hotel is in the old quarter where space is at a premium. Would highly recommend. "

"We had an amazing stay with Hanoi indochine Premium rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, and the breakfast was a nice finishing touch with a view into the neighbourhood. Although the hotel is right in the old town, there was no noise inside the rooms. Hopefully we can come back soon! "
