Great location right next to the St Joseph’s Cathedral and in the heart of the city. Staff were wonderful and accomodating. Room was comfortable and cozy, the hotel has a cute design. Breakfast had a good selection of options and you can even order eggs from the kitchen included in the breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake and while you are in the old quarter you are in a quieter section. The real standout are the reception staff, particularly Sunny and Thomas. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have a smile and their restaurant recommendations were great! Stayed here 4 times over a 2 week period and would happily go back!

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel location is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The spa was also great. I could refresh after long walk. I should have used the service more during my stay!:) I enjoyed the breakfast as well. Only down side was that my leaving time was early in the morning, before the breakfast, so I asked the complementary take away breakfast service at the reception desk the day bet. And the lady kindly said, yes. However, when I checked out, the man at the front desk said it's not possible, and just gave us a bottle of water. Other things were really satisfying, and I'll stay this hotel next time as well!!

Let me start by saying that the staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a good night’s rest. The room climate was appropriate and noise level minimal. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices. Must try their Pho! Thanks to Lisa for making us feel special.

Excellent clean place to stay within the old city in Hanoi that is walking distance to everything. Bit more pricey than other hotels but certainly worth the price the service was amazing and you definitely cannot go wrong staying here.
