I stayed there for a week and had a really enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient for places like Hoan Khiem Lake and the Hop on Hop off tour buses. There are also plenty of different kinds of options at meal times. The hotel rooms are cool and comfortable, and a varied and tasty breakfast buffet is provided every morning including eggs cooked to order. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and unfailingly helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to have the chance to experience it's hospitality again.

Best point of this hotel is the hospitality of the staff, especially Sunny is great! She very kindly recommended the best restaurants nearby, and always took care of us. When we checked out and took a taxi, she helped us a lot. We are looking forward to visiting Hanoi and staying at this hotel.

Excellent clean place to stay within the old city in Hanoi that is walking distance to everything. Bit more pricey than other hotels but certainly worth the price the service was amazing and you definitely cannot go wrong staying here.

Located in the heart of the tourist area. Walkable to almost everything and with a scooter or cab ride it’s all very easy. Tons of cafes, restaurants and shopping (not just souvenir shopping). They arranged for me to get to Nihn Bihn with no issues.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to check out at 6 am before the restaurant opened, and they prepared a bag of breakfast for us to take with us. The massage was so good with great price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel location was so nice! There were a lot of restaurants and sightseeing place near hotel. Then hospitality of hotel’s person was great! That was point I was disappointed about outside view and hot shower volume.

Stay was very short didnt get a chance to see everything or experience a spa treatment there. Place is clean and staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet could have some more options. Also foods should be covered with nets to avoid contamination of insects. Helps to keep things fresh. Room could have some more tea options available, only green tea. Room is quite small but its nice. Some bathroom upgrades would make the hotel event better. I hope to stay again in the future to see if there are improvements.

The room is little small, but it is an excellent clean place in the old city in Hanoi. Hotel is walking distance to everything. The personal is very kind, reactive and help for every problems or interogations (thank you again for the curtain). And the breakfast was perfect.

Recommend for a night before early flight

The room is clean. Included all basic amenities you needed. The bed is super big and comfortable. The hotel is super close to the St Joseph Cathedral. Perfect for a night before an early flight.
