Great location, amazing breakfast, extremely kind and attentive staff. Room felt luxurious and comfortable. A little tough to get to on weekends since the roads around Hoan Kiem lake are closed.

We stayed in a family room with cute balcony overlooking the street and bougainvilleas. The room was big enough for four people with luggage with a modern and spacious bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helped plan out activities in town and organise our onward transport. The location is fantastic being in a quiet side street just near the old quarter without being in the full hustle. And major bonus points for what must be one of the best views in Hanoi from the roof-top bar.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was amazing, from the moment we arrived, they were so helpful and kind. Selena was amazing always answering our questions and making us feel welcome. We were able to leave our luggages overnight so we could go on a one night Ha Long Bay cruise. The area was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Convenient location. Can walk to most sightseeing sights, restaurants and shopping. Stayed for 1 night then went to Ha Long Bay for a 1 night cruise and then stayed here again for 2 nights. We were able to store our luggages. Breakfast served on the 8th floor has good selection. Pho and eggs will be cooked to order which is nice. They only serve brewed or instant coffee. No espresso machine. Staff at the front desk, bellman and restaurant were all very helpful except this guy who appears to be the manager that sits at the corner in the lobby that doesn’t make an effort to greet guests. Spacious and clean rooms.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days, it was excellent. The hospitality and service of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location. The hotel manager is present at the hotel and makes sure everything is done properly.

Le Premier Rooftop is in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but it is a haven inside. The staff are extra-friendly and helpful. If it rained, they offered umbrellas, and they were always there to offer suggestions for restaurants, spas, etc. it was a lovely stay.

Staff is exceptional - friendly kind and respectful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include robes and slippers and adequate amenities. We stayed for two nights at Premiere and we could not have been more satisfied. From good communication prior to our stay, to airport pick up, to afternoon tea getting me and my children out of the heat it was amazing. The breakfast satisfies the most and least adventurous eaters with delicious food and kind prompt service. I had a facial at the spa and loved the calm inviting design away from the business of the old quarter. The location is easy right next to the lake for easy navigating and discovery in Hanoi’s old quarter. If thinking of staying in Hanoi, you won’t be disappointed with this choice!

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay and the staff were great. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the complimentary afternoon tea was also great. The hotel is in a great location within the old quarter and overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and a special thank you to Mr Cuang who couldn’t do enough for us and always had a smile on his face. Cam On Kind regards Scott
