“This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend! ”
