The hotel facilities and hospitalities were excellent. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that it advertised that it has an onsite tennis court. Unfortunately, tennis court was recently leased to external company and they had converted into pickleball courts. Which was a downside for me.

Everything is fine and I am very happy to stay in this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My suggestion to improve the stay experience is: I would like to suggest to change the television with one that allow you to switch the audio output to a bluethoot device. In this mode, everyone in the room can ear the television using the auricular of the cellphone without disturbing. In this mode no noises from other rooms and if someone want to sleep and your partner want to watch the tv it is possible without noise..

My family of 4 stayed in this lovely hotel twice, during our 16 days in VietNam. The staff, including the front desk Anna ,Angela and the doormen/ porters were extremely helpful. They gave us advice on where to eat, tours available, etc. Most helpful was allowing us to leave our luggage with them, when we took side trips to SaPa and Halong Bay. It relieved our anxiety, and everything was fine when we came back. Daily breakfast was very good, and rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

I lived in Southern Vietnam for a year and frequently made trips up to Hanoi. I stayed at Royal palaceI every time. The staff makes you feel so welcome with smiles and friendly hellos. They are super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter walking distance from most things. You can get a real feel for the city and the Old Quarter. This is a small hotel, and it isn't a 5 star hotel so don't expect it to be. But for the price, the service, the location, and everything else it is really unbeatable. Overall, Royal palace is a great stay don't miss the opportunity to meet the wonderful people who work there.

Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic. Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties, Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future. Sally and Dave York’s

Exceptional place to stay, great value for your money, excellent customer services, variety of food options for breakfast buffet, great location to stay and enjoy, easy access to the beach (a minute walk), good In-Room Dinning, entertaining view for the Bar on the 25th floor, infinitely pool with relaxing feeling and amazing view.

Loved our stay here! We got a complimentary upgrade to a sea view residence and the room was massive. Room was clean and we had pretty much everything we could need in the apartment. Their buggy pick-up times were a little slow so depending on where you're located, you might have to walk if you're going to the restaurant next to the lobby.

Beautiful hotel located on a gorgeous oceanfront beach. The room: nice and clean. Little details that we like: provided sandals for the room & beach, the laundry line to hang up our wet swim suits. The pool: nice and big The restaurants: the beach bistro has a nice view. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and all were delicious. Afternoon tea: a nice bonus extra The staff: friendly, courteous & helpful. The person who checked us in was knowledgeable. He spent time explaining things in details with us. The airport transfers and bus were convenient and made it easy to commute bt places.

Best things about this hotel is 1) the location, and in my opinion, the best part is 2) the staff! From start to finish of our stay, the staff went above and beyond every single time we needed assistance.. Thanks so much to Cara, Amy, Bobby, Jenny, James, and every single one who made our stay there memorable.. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was very good!!
