Property is beautiful, staff extremely helpful and accommodating. We found our 2 bedroom hilltop vila to be nice but needed some maintenance and in vila cleaning was not up to standards. Area around the pool was limited, pool was pleasant, hot tub extremely small for a 2 bedroom vila.

10/10 experience. The perfect getaway to relax and feel like you’re away from all the hustle and bustle. The service is impeccable and they will all go out of their way to assist you. Cannot recommend more! Only downside is how far it is from everything, not much to see locally.

We had a fantastic time in Banyan Tree with my family. The staff were super friendly and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally well maintained. Since staying here, we now have much higher expectations towards hotels in the future, the bar is now set very high. We're surely coming back soon!

Staff are excellent and service in restaurants very good. 3 bed villa was excellent but outside surfaces ( decking) beep cleaning as covered in smog/ residue which then gets into the villa on your feet. This is a good resort and well worth a short break on the beach

We honestly cannot recommend Banyan Tree Lang Co enough. We came here for a last resort stay to celebrate my birthday, and it far exceeded every expectation. The staff were the true highlight—genuinely friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, providing a personal host throughout our stay who took care of our every need. The accommodation was out of this world. The Beach Villa with an ocean view and private pool is absolute perfection—we didn't want to leave! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of cuisines, and they were happy to accommodate special orders. With so many different restaurants to choose from on-site, we were spoiled for choice. The shuttle bus to Hue and Danang City was a great bonus. This is a true luxury stay filled with so many lovely surprises by the staff. We are so grateful!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at a Banyan Tree hilltop villa! Our concierge, Man, was so attentive and made our stay extra special. He truly thought of everything, from afternoon tea services to customizing our daily schedules. The breakfast and Thai restaurants were both amazing. We also loved our spa services. The villa was huge and had a great view. This was one of our favorite resort stays ever.
