It could have been nice if there was a physical reception on the place could have been the best to lessen the wait.

I had an amazing experience at the M Village Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay—delicious and varied. I was extremely impressed by the staff at this hotel. Every person I interacted with was highly professional, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted me with arranging a transport from the airport to the hotel in advance of my arrival and it went very smoothly. I really appreciated that the team here went above and beyond throughout my stay!
