Holiday Views | Lunar New Year 2018: The grounds of Quan Âm Pagoda consist of two areas separated by Lao Tu Street. On one side of the street you have the pagoda and on the other sits a garden with an artificial pond that houses a miniature scale island in the middle. The algae bloom is quite extensive with just about the entire surface covered, however there is quite a bit of life as plenty of turtles can be seen swimming about. The wall behind the pond depicts three panels with Taiost motifs of a dragon as well a The Jade Emperor.
