The staff at all functions are all very professional, friendly and service minded. Always a warm welcome when I arrive, Further the location is super with short distance to Nguyen Hue walking street etc. The breakfast is also very good. Icon Saigon is highly recommended! "

"Love this hotel and staff. I always enjoy getting the club level rooms for the evening drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Great location to river boat pickup, upscale grocery, DHL, not too far from Ben Thanh market and several taylors. Roof top pool and spa but not as thrilled about this spa. I had extreme cramping in my legs and they were weird about it. Next hotel had no issues with me."

"Our stay at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. From check-in to departure, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always opening doors and offering help whether it was finding a place to eat, getting drinks, or recommending places to shop. Our room on the 12th floor with a river view was beautiful. It was spacious, very clean, and a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring the city. One of the highlights was having access to the 5th-floor lounge, which included afternoon tea and happy hour. It was a great perk that made the stay feel even more special. The pool on the 5th floor was also a great place to unwind. It was perfect for an afternoon swim to cool off from the Ho Chi Minh City heat. The hotel also has a casino on the first floor, which we enjoyed visiting during our stay. One thing to note is that the tables only accept U.S. dollars for gambling. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We were able to easily walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It was also very convenient to get rides using Grab whenever we needed transportation. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with great service, a great location, and wonderful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Vietnam."
