The staff was very hospitable and helpful. They encouraged us to keep the A/C running which was unusual but great! The bathroom was quaint but nice. Beautiful and relaxing shower. Great location too. Near many old town restaurants and only 10ish minutes from the lake.

What an amazing stay and a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The staff were incredible from the very beginning, always going above and beyond to cater to every need. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. If you have any questions or need assistance, Manager Elsa and her team are always happy to help. I also highly recommend enjoying the spa during your stay. The prices are very reasonable, and it's a perfect way to start your day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

I left your excellent hotel and i miss you already. The location of the hotel and the quality of the rooms and the service are top notch and the staff are fantastic. A very good hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Recommend this hotel for family and couple travellers too. The breakfast buffet was good. Antony at the travel desk and every other staff was really helpful. We also took the Ha Long bay day cruise as per Antony suggestion which we enjoyed immensely. Overall a very nice experience.

Great location and super friendly staff. The room was pretty clean and very spacious, I did get a free upgrade but that wasn’t anything to do with this review. We had a very good experience staying at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa during our trip to Hanoi. The hotel is located in a great market area with easy access to shopping and local attractions. The staff was very supportive and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the excellent restaurant and spa which added a luxury feel to the stay.Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience.
