This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and very easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Limh Pham was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter.

This is an excellent boutique hotel in Hanoi—just the way we like it: small, charming, and offering warm, personalized service. The location is perfect, and a special thank you to Mr. Quan for his helpful guidebook with recommendations, complete with descriptions and maps for sights, food, and drinks worth trying. The location is excellent for a visit to the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful and super attentive. We booked a junior suite, which is a little misleading for a room basically big enough for a king-sized bed and no separate bathroom, but, size aside, the room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was varied and ample. Everything worked and we would certainly stay there again.

Rooms are well decorated with contemporary cosy design. However there were few issues with the shower door being tight and the door to the balcony was ? permanently locked. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at cloud 9 was of great variety and tasty. I personally don't like black bathroom tiles.
