Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave good advice and made sure you got the best deals nearby and for tours. Breakfast was great start to each day. Rooms are very clean and well kept. If I visit Hanoi again I will for sure stay here again as location was easy to get everywhere.

welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, making it a really comfortable place to come back to after a long day of exploring. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so everything is within walking distance. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and attractions are all just steps away, which made getting around super easy and convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you want great service, a lovely hotel, and the perfect location in Hanoi.

This hotel may be only rated a 3 1/2 star online, but it certainly is a five star experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel and staff were amazing. The free buffet was delicious. Two minute walk to the night market. I don’t have one single complaint. I would stay here again, and I would highly recommend.

Staff were lovely. Room was clean yet very small. Water pressure was great and water was very hot. Air conditioning worked great. The window in room looked out to hallway which had motion activated lights. All night long the lights would activate and light up the room ( shades on window did not help at all ). Morning housekeeping staff were very loud outside room with walkie talkies and talking. So very loud. Could not sleep past about 7 am. Pillows were very very large and hard. We could not sleep with the pillow.

We had a nice stay in Hanoi Grandeur Hotel. Conveniently located and the staff are very friendly in particular Ms. Yena and Mr. Edward. They also helped us with booking some tours and other transportation. Reasonable rates and highly recommended.

Personnel parfait, avenant et efficace. Chambre bien dans l’ensemble sauf quelques traces d’humidité, moisissures sur un mur. Par contre salle de bains très mal agencée. Le distributeur de papier toilette est carrément dans le dos. Assez bonne insonorisation malgré les travaux.

Check in was easy, room was very clean, staff very nice and spoke english well. FYI, if you pay at the hotel, they had a credit card surcharge - not much. Two free bottles of water and great breakfast - asian fare and traditional. Made to order omelets also. Also, bathroom toilet occasionally will “burp” and the toilet seat will get wet. Happened in both of the two rooms we got.
