โThe hotel is located right in the center of the Old Quarter, a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. The room is clean, modern equipment, comfortable bed. The staff is extremely friendly, enthusiastic support from check-in to taxi booking. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, with both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Overall it is worth it. I will come back if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again.โ
โOnly stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. โ

โI absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. โ
โIt was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive.โ
