"We had an excellent stay at L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi! The staff is what really makes this place special. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they gave great recommendations for nearby sites in the Old Quarter, arranged our transfer, and helped to safely navigate our baggage through the hectic stream of motorbikes. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel, it was tough to get out of bed in the morning - but well worth it considering the delicious breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re a first time or returning visitor to Hanoi!"

"Stay there for the free breakfast! It was very good and was something different everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean but the doors were a bit thin so you really heard the hallway noise. The area around the hotel is very busy but close to everything. We would definitely stay again!"
