"Great area for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant served a good breakfast. The pool was nice. The rooftop bar was fun and had a great view of Hanoi. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Staff were great they take good care of me. The hotel kept my luggages during my day trip and provide me with shower. I had issue with the safe and hot water in my room and they send somebody right away to fix the problem. Breakfast has a great selection and great fruit. The hotel location is right in old quarter and close enough to bus drop off or pick up. Because of the new regulations the bigger bus can’t enter old quarter during morning and night peak hours. I will recommend this hotel"

"The hotel staff were welcoming and supportive. They were friendly and helpful throughout my staff no matter the time of day. I really enjoyed my room and amenities. The only draw back was a leak in g my bathroom that lasted 2.5 days to get it fixed right. Despite that I would stay there again the location was central and easy to visit local tourist sites."
