"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are lovely and always keen to help. The bar and restaurant were absolutely superb with a great selection. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough."

"Amazing stay! All the staff - from the front desk, spa, lobby, and breakfast - were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. We had a great massage at the spa. The breakfast has many options with Vietnamese, Asian, and western foods - both for the buffet and a la carte options. Hotel is centrally located in the old quarter and walkable to food and main attractions. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi ! "

"Avevamo originariamente prenotato 4 notti e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo anche scoperto che il team è incredibilmente versatile — lavora alla reception, in cucina e aiuta anche nel servizio. Sono semplicemente persone meravigliose che ti fanno sentire davvero il benvenuto. Abbiamo finito per prolungare il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel ogni volta che verremo in Vietnam. Altamente consigliato!"
