"The room was in a great location and once you found the plugs (back of the bed) it was useful too. Only thing was the pressure of the shower but i was on a high floor "

The reception staff (Tony and his team) were friendly, very prompt with requests and made everything for me very easy, they even kept my luggage for 2 days after i checked out to go to Sapa. The location of the hotel is convenient and close to train street, easily walkable to most places or a very cheap grab ride away. Will book again next time I am in Hanoi. "
