โOnly stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. โ

Ruby and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to offer advice and organize excursions, even multi-day trips. Their dedication to ensuring we had a great experience was truly impressiveโ
โIf not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. โ
