“you never expect kindness from restaurant in the 2nd floor of you want to use room service over 10pm since restaurant to be closed 10:30pm. This is not 5 star hotel.”

“The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.”

“Exceptionnel, je recommande et y retournerai!”

“The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

“Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.”
