It was impossible to contact the property management. It seems like they believe that they had the perfect system so all they need to do is giving out check in and check out information. They need to have bigger towels also.

The hotel staff were accomodating and professional. The hotel overlooks Haeundae beach and provides an incredible view from sun up to sun down. There are tons of restaurants and activities minutes away. And you can cheat the salt bread line across the street by going during the odd hours. We will be staying here everytime we come to Busan.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable time with my family in Korea. The ocean view was beautiful and the bed was very cozy. The place was spacious, warm, and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Korea.

The view and location were great. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. I just wished there were more trash cans and plates. At least the number of plates should be the same as the number of guests.

Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday.

A hotel of this caliber, and don’t get me wrong, it is a very fine hotel, really needs staff that speak a second language. Many speak some English, but barely enoug to fulfill their duties to the hotel guests
