Friendly helpful staff, very clean hotel easy walk to Beach. Just be aware soy7&8 have many bars open till 5:00 a.m. it can be very loud. I slept with ear plugs. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

The kindest staff I've come across as well.
My only gripe is the choice of soap and body wash fragrances are not pleasent--This issue is very minor.

Food offering poor -especially at breakfast - dried and tired patisseries, poor quality fruit.
Hard Rock Cafe - service and food tired and not great from what was once a great brand, not surprising it was empty. Wine stupidly expensive for mediocre
