Everything was great about the hotel very roomy big room thing was beautiful except the air conditioning did not work in our room very good. We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit

Staff and property was very nice. Bit of a hiccup with the check in price. It was supposed to be160.00 left that was due upon check in and it ended up being o er $300.00. That was stressful but Expedia is working to get that difference back. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful.

The hotel location is good however the beach access is very bad for a five star hotel
No private beach you have to carry your chair la umbrella and towels with you
And you share the public beach with all kinds of people including homeless
