Great design throughout the hotel, and check in was fast and very friendly!

First time staying here and first time in Seattle as well this location was perfect due to it not being too deep into the city but also a great walking distance from everything such as pike, the peer, Chinatown etc. the staff were all extremely nice and very helpful and informative about the different local areas to check out the gym was also very nice.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, great location. Check-in staff was not the friendliest or informative, just going through the motions. The Lobby offered holiday popup experience we found out about after the fact. Valet parking only available that runs expensive but not out of the norm for Seattle. Would stay again for the location alone.

They were an hour and a half late in getting us checked in and did not offer any sort of consolation (late check out, free meal, etc). That was disappointing. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful place that we love to visit.

Room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds!
