Convenience of stores, outside restaurants along with distance from downtown

At check in we were incredibly exhausted from traveling due to a cancelled flight. While waiting in the long line (only 1 worker checking in guests for the longest time), I was assaulted by a child throwing their shoe at me, as the parent wasn’t watching their child. The man sitting in the lobby too pre occupied by his phone to manage his out of control child. After nearly an hour waiting to check in, we get to our non smoking room and found our sink full of ashes from a cigarette or other smoking product. Our room smelled fishy. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience of staying here, but was happy with the convenience of staying here as it was close to the Sphere.

The whole place is beautiful! The suites are super nice!! Loved this place!!

Everything I needed was on the property

This was my first time staying at the Hilton in Vegas. Check in was very easy. The staff were eager to check us in even as we waited in line. The room was absolutely great! Housekeeping was absolutely amazing and the girls were very nice. Everyday the hotel sends a text asking if we needed any services or if we wanted to skip housekeeping for the day. Loved the ease of texting as suppose to calling or going down to the lobby to ask for amenities. Parking was free during our stay. I have to add that there’s a convenience store in the first floor that offers a variety of foods and snacks! And guests get complementary water bottles daily. The Hilton was conveniently located in between the strip and downtown Vegas. Transportation was right outside the door or a few mins in uber if walking isn’t your thing. I will definitely be staying at the Hilton next time I’m in Vegas.

No water for 5 hours is not good, can not use bathroom.
