We were SUPER impressed with the hotel cleanliness and the staff was very, very friendly and helpful. This hotel offers express checkout. There was no need today to line up and speak to anyone to check out. We just dropped our key in the designated box and left at checkout time. Super convenient. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a large assortment of choices. To use the elevator it required a room key which was a nice security feature. The only complaint we had was the size of the actual room. Our room had a queen bed. There was room to walk around the bed but not much more. But for the price? This hotel was well worth the stay.

We booked this hotel because we needed to be close to a work office the following morning. After driving nearly two hours, we arrived around 7:30 p.m. and were immediately surprised to learn that overnight parking costs $50, whether you self-park or use valet. There is also a notice stating the hotel is not responsible for any break-ins or damage to vehicles while parked. During check-in, we were informed of an additional $40 “destination fee,” which we had not expected. Paying an extra $90 on top of the $365 nightly rate for a one-night business stay was disappointing. We asked if we could cancel our reservation because of these unexpected fees, but the manager refused. The only accommodation offered was waiving the $50 valet fee, so we decided to stay. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool. While the room itself was clean, it felt outdated. The pool area, however, did not appear well maintained. Many of the lounge chairs were heavily stained, the area looked worn, and the pool was smaller than expected. The biggest issue was the noise. Guests in the room above us were extremely loud, making it impossible to relax. After spending only about 20 minutes in the room, we decided to leave. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4-star property. Between the unexpected fees, outdated facilities, poorly maintained pool area, and excessive noise, I would not recommend staying here.
