"Standard Philippines service, if they don't have to do something, they won't. Example, give directions or point direction to room, signs for "standard rooms (not rm numbers). Asked for different room due to load washing machines next door, so they put us in lesser rm, still noisy and less pillows. ..."

"From Day 1 to our last Day of check out the hotel staff has treated us so well. Always greeting us with a smile. Our room always comes clean and with fresh towels. Gym and pool area are also very updated and clean. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with a wide selection of light to heavy meals. ..."
